Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience!

The hotel had a great location near the main train station. Check-in was easy because the lobby was so cool. The room was modern and clean. It was also really comfortable overall. I appreciated the Späti dispenser that allowed buying snacks and things such as toothpaste.
The staff were not friendly and frankly quite odd. This happened during our month-long visit.

The young man who assisted with check-in was very kind. We arrived early directly from the airport and asked if a room was ready. They gave us one before the scheduled time. This was very prompt, and I am grateful!!!

the location was perfect for my needs. i loved the stylish decor and character of the room i had. it really seemed like i was staying at a friend's home with a designer's touch, really charming!!!
The lack of soundproofing was noticeable. I could hear music coming from upstairs quite loudly. my room was not cleaned as regularly as i would have liked, and towels weren't replaced, so it was a bit of a letdown.

The room felt small. There was no fridge. The noise from the bar downstairs went on late into the night, disrupting my sleep. I paid a high price for this and expected more.
